Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce. bourbon
  • 1 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 c. light Karo
  • 3/4 c. semi - sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Healthy pinch salt
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Soak pecans in bourbon for at least 4 hrs. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
