Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Golden brown lb. cake mix
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Blueberries
- 1/3 c. Minced nuts
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Melted oleo or possibly butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x9x2-inch pan. Mix cake mix, lowfat sour cream and Large eggs till blended. Mix in blueberries. Spread in pan.
- Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 45 min.
- STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix all ingredients till crumbly.
