Blueberry French Toast Bake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salty
- 6 x Large eggs
- 10 slc French bread (1 inch thick) - cut into 1" cubes
- 3 ounce cream cheese -- cut into 1/2 " cubes
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
- 1/2 c. minced nuts powdered sugar blueberry or possibly maple syrup
Directions
- Generously grease a 2 1/2 qt casserole or possibly 9/13 baking dish.
- Beat flour, lowfat milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and Large eggs in a large bowl by hand till smooth.
- Stir in bread cubes till coated.
- Pour bread mix into pan. Top proportionately with cream cheese, blueberries and nuts.
- Cover and chill up to 24 hrs.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
