Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette
Makes a great wedge salad with bleu cheese crumbles and crisped bacon. Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Greek Mediterranean seasoning (World Market brand)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Directions
- place all ingredients in 2 cup glass measuring cup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
