  • Blender Seafood Souffle

    Ingredients

    • Butter
    • 6 1/2 to 7 3/4 ounce. liquid removed salmon, crabmeat or possibly tuna
    • Grated Parmesan cheese
    • 4 ounce. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
    • 3 ounce. cubed cream cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
    • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan

    Directions

    1. Butter bottom and sides of 1 qt souffle dish or possibly casserole. Dust with Parmesan cheese and set aside.
    2. Blend at medium speed remaining ingredients till smooth, about 30 seconds. P our carefully into prepared dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till puffy and delicate brown. Center may be creamy - spoon over servings. Serve immediately.
    3. Tossed salad may be served first a few min before souffle is ready to serve.
