Blender Corn Souffle
Ingredients
- 2 c. cream corn
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender. Mix 10 seconds on high. Pour into well-greased baking dish. Dot with butter, bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
