    PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F. AND BAKE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER TO KEEP FROM STICKING. Note: PATTIES CAN BE MADE LARGER TO LOOK LIKE BURGERS BY DOUBLING. ORGANIC BEANS CAN BE FRESH COOKED, DIVIDED INTO 1 CUP AND PUT INTO GLASS JARS FOR THE FREEZER.

    Ingredients

    • 1 (16 OUNCE) CAN BLACK BEANS (ORGANIC)
    • 1 (16 OUNCE) CAN NAVY BEANS (ORGANIC) (SEE NOTE ABOVE)
    • 1 ORGANIC BELL PEPPER, CUT IN 2 INCH PIECES
    • 1 ORGANIC ONION CUT INTO WEDGES
    • 6 ORGANIC CLOVES GARLIC, PEELED
    • 2 ORGANIC EGGS
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC CUMIN
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS WINN DIXIE SWEET CHILI SAUCE
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC COOKED BROWN RICE

    Directions

    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F. AND LIGHTLY OIL A BAKING SHEET AND COVER WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
    2. RINSE BEANS AND DRY WELL, PUT BEANS IN THE NINJA FOOD PROCESSOR AND THEN REMOVE.
    3. PUT PEPPER, ONION, GARLIC IN NINJA TO CHOP UP. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO LIQUID BEFORE ADDING MASHED BEANS BACK INTO THE FOOD PROCESSOR BOWL.
    4. IN A SMALL BOWL, BEAT EGGS & SPICES TOGETHER.
    5. ADD THE EGG MIXTURE INTO THE BEAN MIXTURE IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR.
    6. MIX IN THE BREAD CRUMBS AND BROWN RICE UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS STICKY AND HOLDS TOGETHER.
    7. USING AN ICE CREAM SCOOP, DROP BURGERS ON PARCHMENT COVERED BAKING SHEET AND FLATTEN TO MAKE PATTIES.
