Ingredients
- 1 pound can black beans (Goya or possibly other)
- 1 red bell pepper, coarsely minced
- 1 green bell pepper, coarsely minced
- 1 sm. can chilies (optional)
- 10-12 ounce. box frzn corn, thawed
- 1-2 scallions, minced
