Beef Tips & Noodles
Ingredients
- 5 pound chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup
- 1 pkg. noodles
Directions
- Cut meat in bite-size pcs. Place in single layer in roasting pan. Mix soup, lowfat milk and dry onion soup. Pour over meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hrs. Serve over cooked noodles.
