Beef Tips And Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 lb round steak or possibly venison Flour for dredging Oil Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkt (12 ounces) broad egg noodles
Directions
- Cut steak into bite-size pcs. Place flour in large bowl, add in meat and toss to coat with flour.
- Heat about one-eighth inch oil in heavy skillet. Add in steak and brown over medium heat.
- Place steak in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix soup and water in skillet with drippings from the meat; pour over meat in slow cooker. Cook on low for six to eight hrs.
- Cook noodles according to manufacturer's directions; serve with meat mix.
