Beef & Macaroni Bake
Great lunch time offering-my family loves this simple, easy recipe! Ingredients
- one pound ground beef
- 22 ounces tomato/marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning (from a packet)
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
- 1-1/2 cups parmesan cheese
- garnish with fresh basil
- serve with garlic or cheese bread and a side salad!
Directions
- In a skillet add ground beef and Italian seasoning, brown meat and break it up as it cooks, drain excess grease add tomato/marinara sauce, stir well
- Transfer to a baking dish (deep), add elbow noodles, stir again add 1 cup parmesan, cover with foil and bake 375 F for 20 minutes.
- Add more parmesan when baking is done, garnish with fresh basil leaves
