    • 3 stk margarine (butter)
    • 1 x (20-ounce.) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
    • 1 lrg Cold Whip
    • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 x Large eggs
    • 1/2 c. minced pecans
    • 1 sm jar maraschino cherries, minced
    • 2 c. powdered sugar
    • 4 x -5 bananas


    1. Combine 1 stick margarine (melted) and graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of 9"x13" pan.
    2. TO MAKE FILLING: Combine powdered sugar, Large eggs, and 2 sticks margarine. Beat with mixer on high for 15 min - no less. Pour over crust. Slice bananas and cover powdered sugar mix. Sprinkle crushed pineapple over bananas. Spread cold whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Chill.
