    Ingredients

    • 6 x Bananas
    • 3 stk margine
    • 2 c. Crushed graham crackers, (or possibly vanilla wafers)
    • 2 x Large eggs
    • 2 c. Powdered sugar
    • 1 can (No.2) crushed pineapple (liquid removed)
    • 1 lrg Cold whip
    • 1 pkt (small) minced pecans
    • 1 sm Jar of cherries

    Directions

    1. Mix 1 stick of margine & graham crackers. Put into a 13x9x2 pan. Bake in350 degree oven for 5 min.
    2. this step is critical: start the timing when everything is starting to blend. Beat Large eggs, remaining 2 sticks of margine, and powered sugar for 15 min with electric mixer (meduim speed).
    3. Spread mix over crumbs. Slice bananas over mix, spread pineapple over bananas and cover with cold whip. Sprinkle nuts over cold whip, arrange cherries(halfs) over nuts. Chill overnight.
    4. Can double receipe, and the number of bananas might vary depending on their size. You can add in more bananas and nuts according to what you like.
