    Ingredients

    • 10 Tab. + 1 tea. Butter
    • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 lg. bananas)
    • 1/2 c sour cream
    • 2 lg eggs
    • 1 1/2 tsp.vanilla
    • 2 cups cake flour, sifted
    • 3/4 c +2 tab.sugar
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 3/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 c toasted, chopped nuts (walnuts)

    Directions

    1. []Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Lightly Grease loaf pan (9 1/4 x5 1/4 x 2 1/2)
    3. Purée banana, sour cream,eggs, & vanilla in food processor
    4. Sift flour,sugar & baking soda,bk pow, &salt.
    5. Add remaining 10 Tab utter and mix on med-low speed until blended, about 30 secs.
    6. Add banana mixture in 3 batches,scraping sides of bowl & mix on med speed btw. Each addition.
    7. Fold in nuts.
    8. Pour into loaf pan. Bake until lightly brown and bread bounces back to touch, about 1 hr 10 min.
    9. Remove and cool for 10 min. Before turning out onto wire rack to cool completely.
