  • Bacon Brunch Pie

    Ingredients

    • 2/3 c. Carnation Nonfat Lowfat milk Pwdr
    • 1 c. water
    • 1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    • 1/4 c. (one 2-ounce jar) minced pimento, undrained
    • 2 x Large eggs or possibly equivalent in egg substitute
    • 1/2 c. Hormel Bacon Bits
    • 3/4 c. (3-ounce) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    • 3/4 c. finely minced onion
    • 1/8 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine dry lowfat milk pwdr and water. Add in baking mix, undrained pimento and Large eggs. Mix well to combine. Stir in bacon bits, cheese, onion and black pepper. Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Place pie plate on a wire rack and let set for 5 min. Cut into 6 servings.
