Bacon and Cheddar Quiche

- 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, thawed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pound of cooked, chopped bacon
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
- Place the eggs and cream in a bowl- mix thoroughly.
- Add the chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Add the mixture to the pie crust and bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
