Bacon and Cheddar Quiche

  • 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 pound of cooked, chopped bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper


  1. Place the eggs and cream in a bowl- mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
  3. Add the mixture to the pie crust and bake for 1 hour, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
