    Ingredients

    • 3 cups unsifted flour
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 cup oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • 1 cup milk
    • 3 cups chopped, peeled apples
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
    2. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl at low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
    3. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    4. Cool, remove from pan and frost with cream cheese icing.
    5. Cream Cheese Icing
    6. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    7. 1 stick butter, softened
    8. 1 box powdered sugar
    9. 2 tsp. vanilla
    10. 1 cup chopped walnuts
    11. Thoroughly first 4 ingredients, then stir in nuts.
