Asparagus & Crab Meat Topping Creamy Soup
Outstanding flavors in this year round soup. Ingredients
- 16 ounces thin Asparagus (cut ends)
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable stock (low sodium)
- 1/4 Cup Light Cream
- one teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat
Directions
- In a food processor add asparagus spears and pulse several times, add light cream and run processor one minute to a smooth consistency, transfer to a lidded soup pot, add vegetable stock and stir well, add black pepper, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
- Garnish with Fresh Lump Crab Meat
- Delicious!
