Asian Slaw

- A few dozen snow peas, thinly sliced
- 1 227 gram bag bean sprouts or shredded seeded zuchini
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped or 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 1 cup or so of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ small red cabbage, shredded
Directions
- . Toss all the chopped and diced veggies together with the chopped herbs.
- 2. Serve under Fishy Ribs or another equally flavourful and brothy preparation.
