Asian Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Long green beans trimmed, cooked, and cooled
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 2 c. Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 Tbsp. Crushed toasted peanuts Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
