Applesauce Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 8 lrg Cooking apples
- 1/2 c. Water
- 2/3 c. Sugar (white or possibly brown)
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice or possibly cinnamon
- 1 pch Nutmeg
Directions
- In the crock pot, place the peeled, cored, and quartered apples. A little lemon juice helps the apples not to discolor. Add in sugar, spices, and water. Cook high for 3 hrs; low cook for 8 hrs. Cook on low for breakfast the next morning.
