Apple Pecan Crumb Pie
Ingredients
- 6 lrg Apples (I use Granny Smith)
- 1 x 9" deep dish pie shell
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Grnd pecans
Directions
- Pare apples; cut into slices and arrange in pie shell. Mix 1/2 c. sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Sift 1/2 c. sugar with flour; cut in butter till crumbly. Add in pecans and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 min.
