  • Apple Crumb Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 x Honey Graham Pie Crust
    • 1 x Egg white, slightly beaten
    • 1 can Apple pie filling, (21 ounce)
    • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
    • 1/4 c. Sugar
    • 5 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
    • 1/4 c. Margarine
    • 3/4 c. Pecans, minced Confectioners' sugar, optional Apple slices and mint sprig, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Brush pie crust with egg white. Bake at 375F for 5 min; set aside.
    2. Spoon pie filling into pie crust. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine till mix is crumbly; stir in pecans Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 375F for 25 to 30 min or possibly till topping is golden. Cold slightly on wire rack. Serve hot, sprinkled with confectioners' sugar if you like. Garnish with apple slices and mint sprig.
