Apple Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
- 1/8 tsp. apple pie spice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Cookie Dough: Mix butter, brown sugar and salt until smooth.
- Beat in milk, vanilla extract, graham crackers, apple pie spice and cinnamon.
- Spread over crust.
- Spread apple pie filling over the cookie dough.
- Topping: Beat cool whip and maple syrup.
- Spread over the apple pie filling.
- Drizzle caramel syrup the cool whip layer.
- Decorate.
