    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/3 cup 2% milk
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    • 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
    • 1/8 tsp. apple pie spice
    • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1 (21 oz.) apple pie filling
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
    • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar and salt together.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Cool completely.
    4. Cookie Dough: Mix butter, brown sugar and salt until smooth.
    5. Beat in milk, vanilla extract, graham crackers, apple pie spice and cinnamon.
    6. Spread over crust.
    7. Spread apple pie filling over the cookie dough.
    8. Topping: Beat cool whip and maple syrup.
    9. Spread over the apple pie filling.
    10. Drizzle caramel syrup the cool whip layer.
    11. Decorate.
