Cookie Apple Cobbler
Ingredients
- 6 c. Apples -- peeled, cored, Slice
- 1 c. Brown sugar -- firmly Packed
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 pkt Refrigerated sugar cookie Dough
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel, core and slice apples using Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Combine apples, brown sugar, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, allspice and lemon juice in Batter Bowl; toss to coat apples well. Spoon into ungreased Deep Dish Baker. Spoon cookie dough, by scant tsp., proportionately over apples. Combine sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in Flour/Sugar Shaker; sprinkle proportionately over cookie dough.
- Bake 35-45 min or possibly till top is golden and apples are tender.
