Apple~Berry Smoothie
Try it in the mid afternoon, its a favorite! Ingredients
- One Apple (your choice) peeled, cored, cut into quarters
- 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (Frozen)
Directions
- In your blender add apple quarters and pulse several times, add yogurt, mixed berries and blend on high one minute
- Transfer to a glass, sip and enjoy!
- Its a favorite of mine!
