Apple Banana Smoothie
Apple Banana Smoothie is tasty, healthy and filling. Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup curd / yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon oats
Directions
- Cut apple and banana into pieces.
- Put them in a blender, add oats and curds to it.
- Blend together.
- Chill and serve.
- You may add honey.
- Nuts may be added.
- Berries may be added.
- Oats give a good texture to it, do not leave it.
