Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup curd / yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon oats

Directions

  1. Cut apple and banana into pieces.
  2. Put them in a blender, add oats and curds to it.
  3. Blend together.
  4. Chill and serve.
  5. You may add honey.
  6. Nuts may be added.
  7. Berries may be added.
  8. Oats give a good texture to it, do not leave it.
