    Enjoy healthy chicken salad without the bread! Full of antioxidants vitamins and flavor without the guilt too.

    Ingredients

    • white chicke breast diced into bite size
    • marinade in fat free organic chicken broth 20 min.
    • spice up with Mrs. Dash seasonings or any other healthy seasonings.Bake at 350 45 min.let cool and mix in1 cup of lite sour cream 1 cup of lite miracle whip dressing and chicken mix together and add 2 cups of trail mix oats & dates and one cup chopped pecan cool in fridge and serve on wasa crackers.

    Directions

    1. 2lbs. white chicken
    2. 1 can of chicken broth (fat free)
    3. Mrs. Dash saesoning (chicken blend)
    4. 1 cup of light sour cream
    5. 1 cup of light miracle whip dressing
    6. 2 cups of trail mix and dates
    7. 1 cup of chopped pecans
