Alan Thicke's Noodles Alfredo
Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta, (your choice)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 x garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1 dsh salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to direction on package. Don't overcook! Drain well, but don't rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet, sautee garlic in butter.
- Add in parsley, salt and pepper, half and half and Parmesan cheese. Stir over heat but do warm boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. (If you like, you can sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese before serving).
