A 14 Minute Maple Candy
Ingredients
- 4 c. Maple sirup
- 1 c. Cream
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 c. Nut meats, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
Directions
- Cook the maple sirup, cream, and butter for 9 min after the boiling point is reached. Remove from heat, add in the nut meats and extract and stir for 5 min. Pour into buttered pans and when cold, cut into squares.
