    Welcome step into my kitchen and sit a while,What could be better than Bourbon balls ,and a Cooling Belmont Breeze ,s chill with me a while and lets do it together,yum yum

    Ingredients

    • BOURBON BALLS
    • 1/14 cups chopped pecans divided
    • 1/4 cup Bourbon
    • 1/2 cup Butter unsalted and Softened
    • 3/3/4 cups confectioners sugar
    • 1lb dark chocolate candy coating ,melted
    • BELMONT BREEZE
    • 3/4 CUPS ICE
    • 14CUP BOURBON
    • 11/2 OUNCES ORANGE JUICE
    • 1OUNCE SOUR MIX
    • 13/4 OUNCE CRANBERRY JUIC
    • 3/4 OUNCE SHERRY
    • 1OUNCE CLUB SODA
    • 1 OUNCE LEMON LIME SODA
    • MINT SPRIG AND LEMON WEDGE
    • Fill a shaker three fourths full of ice place remaining ice in a cocktail glass.set aside
    • Add whiskey ,juices,sour mix and Sherrycover and shake for about 15 seconds Strain into prepared glass Top with soda and Garnish with mint sprig and lemon wedge THIS MAKES ONE SERVING ,WARNING .MAKE PLENTY .SO GOOD !!

    1. BOURBON BALLLS
    2. COMBINE 1CUP PECANS AND BOURBON COVER AND LET SIT FOR 8 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
    3. In a large Bowl cream Butter,and sugar until light and fluffy cover and refrigerate about 45 minutes till firm enough to shape into 1 inch ball.Place on waxed paper lined baking sheets chill for 1 hour or until firm.DIP IN CHOCOLATE COATING ,SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING PECANS LET STAND UNTIL SET ;YOU WILL GET ABOUT 4 DOZEN OF THESE YUMMY TREATS DRENCHED IN BOURBON
