• 1 cup shredded carrots
• ½ cup green onions bias-sliced (green and white)
• Dressing
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon celery seeds
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
