- Steamed rice 200gr
- Diced onion 20gr
- Diced tomato 20gr
- Sliced spring onion 5gr
- Shrimps (no shell) 100gr
- Oyster sauce 10gr
- Salt 3gr
- White pepper powder 1gr
- White sugar 2gr
- Whole egg 1pcs
- Corn oil 80ml
- Garnish:
- Sliced cucumber 5sliced
- Spring onion 1pcs
- Coriander leaf 1sprig

Directions
- Pre cooked the shrimps and set aside.
- *Heat a wok.
- * Add the corn oil and egg cooked until done.
- * Pour the cooked shrimps, steamed rice ,onion and tomato.
- *Season with oyster sauce ,salt , pepper ,and sugar.
- *Add the spring onion .
- *Remove to the dish
