Ingredients

  • Steamed rice 200gr
  • Diced onion 20gr
  • Diced tomato 20gr
  • Sliced spring onion 5gr
  • Shrimps (no shell) 100gr
  • Oyster sauce 10gr
  • Salt 3gr
  • White pepper powder 1gr
  • White sugar 2gr
  • Whole egg 1pcs
  • Corn oil 80ml
  • Garnish:
  • Sliced cucumber 5sliced
  • Spring onion 1pcs
  • Coriander leaf 1sprig
  • Cost price

Directions

  1. Pre cooked the shrimps and set aside.
  2. Heat a wok.
  3. Add the corn oil and egg cooked until done.
  4. Pour the cooked shrimps, steamed rice ,onion and tomato.
  5. Season with oyster sauce ,salt , pepper ,and sugar.
  6. Add the spring onion .
  7. Remove to the dish
