Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 c. less 1 tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. less 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. corn oil
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients till moistened. Add in blueberries and stir lightly. Bake 16-18 min or possibly till muffins are lightly brown and hard.
