White creamy pasta with basil

- 1 lb. spaguetti or fetuccine.
- 1/2 cup bechamel sauce.
- 3 basil leaves.
- ½ white onion.
- 1 tbsp. garlic paste.
- A pinch of black pepper.
- Salt to taste.
Directions
- If you don't know how to make "bechamel" sauce just add 2 tablespoons of flour to 1 cup of whole milk. Stir until disolved and put in in the fire, add 1 teaspoon butter and 1/4 cups of chicken broth. Let it reduce for 10 minutes and voila.
- Boil your pasta until "al dente". (It will cook a bit more when mixing) and separate.
- Add the bechamel to the pan, then the onion (previously cut very small) and the garlic paste, the salt and pepper. Let it mix for 5 minutes, add the pasta and let it mix for 5 minutes.
- Turn the fire off and add the basil. Mix and let it rest for 5 minutes before eating. You can add parmesan cheese on top.
- Enjoy!
