WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING
THIS FROSTING WAS ENOUGH TO COVER THE ZUCCHINI LAYER CAKE. Ingredients
- 2 OUNCES WHITE CHOCOLATE (MELTED OVER LOW HEAT)
- 1 (8 OUNCE) ORGANIC PKG. CREAM CHEESE SOFTEN
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC EARTH BALANCE (BUTTER) SOFTENED
- 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
- 4 - 5 CUPS ORGANIC POWDERED CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
Directions
- 1. Take out of refrigerator to soften at room temperature, 1) Cream cheese 2) 1/2 Cup Earth Balance
- 2. Melt or soften White Chocolate over low heat.
- 3. Add softened cream cheese and Earth Balance butter to the melted white chocolate, mixing very well.
- 4. Add 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract.
- 5. Gradually beat in the Organic Powdered Sugar until mixture is fluffy.
