Whipped cream
This is just a simple recipe for whipped cream. Whipped cream can top just about anything from waffles and pancakes to cakes or muffins. Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 Tbs milk
- 1 tsp pure vannila extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Combine the cream, milk, and vannila in the bowl of a mixer on high speed until fluffy or 2 minutes.
- Stir the sugar into the cream mixture and continue combining on med-high speed until the sugar is completely blended and the cream hold stiff peaks.
- Serve immediatly or within 15 minutes or the peaks will soften and the cream will become slushy.
