Weight Watchers Minestrone Soup
You won't believe how delicious this amazing easy soup is. And it's good for you! Ingredients
- 1 (46 ounce.) can tomato juice
- 4 c. water
- 6 teaspoons or cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 head shredded cabbage
- 3 zucchini sliced
- 1 can undrained mushrooms
- Minced celery & cauliflower to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 or 2 dashes Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine juice, bouillon, seasonings and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add in all the vegetables.
- Simmer 1 hour until all the veggies are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
