Unbaked Chocolate Ginger Bars
Ingredients
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. minced ginger, candied
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
- Cook dates, butter, and sugar and stir till dates are soft and thick. Stir in ginger and Rice Krispies. Heat chips and pour over top.
