Turkey Pilaf
Ingredients
- Almonds; slivered 2 tb
- Brown rice 1 1/2 c
- Cinnamon 1 ts
- Dried apricot; chopped 1/4 c
- Dried prunes; chopped 1/4 c
- Pistachio nuts; shelled 2 tb
- Water 4 c
Directions
- Cook the brown rice in boiling water in a covered pot for 45 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm.
