Tuna Or Salmon Croquettes
Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 cans tuna or possibly 1 lg. can salmon, liquid removed
- 3/4-1 c. self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Onions, minced (as many as you like)
Directions
- Mix together thoroughly. Form into patties and drop into (small amount) warm grease. Cook till golden on both sides.
