Tuna Noodle Casserole

- 1 can flake tuna
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2c milk
- 1 bag egg noodles
- 1 c frozen peas and carrots
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 Tbsp dill weed
- 1 sleeve whole wheat saltine crackers, crushed
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot cook your egg noddles until almost done. They will finish cooking in the oven. They should still have a little bite to them.
- In a large bowl combine all other ingredients except the crackers. Mix well. Pour in the noodles and mix everything together. Pour into a 9x13 in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Add crushed crackers to the top and continue to bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
