Tuna Mayo Spread Homestyle
One of my favorite spreads. Delicious! Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna flakes in brine
- 2 celery stalks, chopped finely
- 1 white onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard (Mc Cormick)
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain the tuna flakes from excess brine.
- Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Adjust the taste, salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Spread on a piece of white or wheat bread with tomatoes and lettuce. Serve.
