My mom gave me this recipe, with five kids in the house she came up with quite a few easy recipes. This one I have tweaked to give it flavor. I use a few more eggs than mom and while mom still uses yellow mustard, I decided to add spicy brown mustard. I use 6 cans and 8 eggs because growing boys have to eat.

    Ingredients

    • 4 cans of tuna in water
    • 1 package saltine crackers crushed almost into a powder
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 Tbsp Yellow mustard or spicy brown mustard

    Directions

    1. Wash your hands.
    2. Open tuna cans
    3. drain water/oil
    4. place tuna in large bowl
    5. add eggs mix well
    6. add bread crumbs and mustard
    7. mix with your hands
    8. make them into patties
    9. preheat skillet to medium heat but not too hot
    10. place patties in skillet
    11. brown on both sides until medium golden brown
    12. Kids love this meal. I serve Ranch Style beans and macaroni or french fries with this.
