Ingredients
- 80grams of sugar - for the base
- 70 g flour - for the base
- 3 eggs - for the base
- a bit of yeast - for the base
- lemon zest- for the base
- 200 g cream - for the cream
- 100 grdi cream - for the cream
- fruit to taste
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Beat the eggs with sugar and lemon peel.
- Add the yeast and flour and put in the oven for 30 min.
- Remove from oven and let cool down. Cut the top plate of the cake.
- Mix the cream with whipped cream.
- Stuff the cake , decorate with fruit, and add the icing sugar.
