Triple Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.5 oz.) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate m & m's
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 2 tsp. Dutch-process cocoa
Directions
- Brownies: Beat margarine, butter, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, salt and Dutch-process cocoa together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, dry pudding mix, sugar, milk and m & m's until mixed.
- Spread over the brownies
- Topping: Mix cool whip and Dutch-process cocoa.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Decorate.
