  • Triple Chocolate Brownie Pie

    Ingredients

    • 2 Large eggs
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. butter, melted
    • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    • 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1/2 c. minced nuts
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Vanilla ice cream
    • Topping: Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl beat Large eggs; blend in sugar and butter. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add in to egg mix, beating till blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.
    2. Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 min or possibly till set (pie won't test done in center). Cold completely; cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream; top with your favorite Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping. Yield: 6-8 servings.
    3. NOTE: 9-inch pie plate may be used. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
